• Options 1, 2 & 4 vouchers are valid from Mon 2 Jul 2018 until Fri 28 Sep 2018, Mon - Fri 7am - 10pm; subject to availability. Limited availability on Friday. Excludes Saturdays and Sundays.
• Options 3 & 5 voucher are valid from Sun 1 Jul 2018 until Sun 30 Sep 2018, Sat & Sun 7am – 9pm; subject to availability. Excludes Mondays – Fridays. 
• Advance booking required. Voucher must be booked by Fri 14 Sep 2018 (we don’t want you to miss out!).
• Please note limited spaces for each day; book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 48 hours of your booking.
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Groups can be booked together for thermal experience, however not for Ishga seaweed bath, subject to availability.
• Over 18’s only.
• Thermal suite is suitable for use for individuals who are breastfeeding. For cancer sufferers / those who are in remission or for those with high blood pressure or pregnant; please contact the spa directly for more information on thermal experience use.
• Treatment duration: Thermal experience is max 3hrs; Ishga seaweed bath is approx 30 mins.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Breakfast, 2 course lunch or afternoon tea served in spa area. Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.
• Options 1, 3, 4 & 5 includes a glass of Prosecco per person.
• Includes full access to thermal experience.
• No wheelchair access available.
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date.
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment.
• Vouchers must be printed for redemption; please print your voucher and bring along with you to avoid disappointment.
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
