• Voucher is valid from Tue 17 Dec 2024 until Wed 30 Apr 2025, Tue - Thu 12noon - 9pm and Sat 12noon - 6pm; subject to availability. 
• Excludes Sun - Mon & Fri, 25-27 Dec 2024 & 1-6 Jan 2025. 
• Voucher must be booked by Wed 16 Apr 2025 (we don’t want you to miss out!). 
• You risk forfeiting your voucher if you cancel within 24 hours of your booking. 
• Multiple voucher purchases permitted.
• Over 16s only. 
• Groups cannot be booked and receive treatment at the same time. 
• Treatment is suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding. 
• Treatment is suitable for cancer sufferers/those in remission. 
• Duration: please allow 90 mins in total; 60min floating and 30min shower time.
• Treatments cannot be substituted for other treatments.
• Max weight: 130kg.
• Please note swimwear is recommended however the salts may fade some costumes.
• The venue provides use of towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hairdryers and hair straighteners free of charge.
• No wheelchair access available. 
• A small service fee will be applied to your order, you'll see the exact amount at checkout.  
• Advanced booking required or risk forfeiting your voucher.  
• The venue may restrict the number of itison bookings on each day so please book early if you want a specific date. 
• The beginning and end period of a voucher’s validity is always the busiest. We advise members to book well in advance to avoid disappointment. 
• You can use your paperless voucher from your itison account on any mobile device. Printed vouchers are also accepted. 
• Voucher is not exchangeable for cash or valid with any other offers.
